Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be recruiting Teaching Assistants for a brand-new Alternate Provision setting opening in Towcester. This provision follows the success of a well-established site in North Northamptonshire and is built on a vision of delivering education differently - with a strong focus on relationships, wellbeing, and tailored support for every student.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of needs, including SEND and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff to help students engage in learning, build confidence, and develop key life skills.
