Are you organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data and systems? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Attendance Administrator to join a welcoming secondary school on the Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting student attendance and safeguarding processes within a busy school environment.
The Role:
- Maintain and update daily attendance records accurately
- Monitor attendance patterns, including absences, lateness, and early departures
- Follow up on unexplained absences and ensure appropriate documentation is received
- Support the school in identifying attendance trends and concerns
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Experience using Arbor
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Confidence using computer systems and attendance software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify patterns in data
- Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
Working Hours:
Tuesday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) Term time only
