We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated team at a mainstream College. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the college, supporting both staff and students in an administrative capacity. This is a full-time role that starts ASAP and will last until at least Christmas. The pay is between £14.50 - £16.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the College
- Provide administrative support to staff, including supporting the enquiries line
- Front of house duties
- Ensure that all school procedures and policies are adhered to with a high level of attention to detail
Requirements for the college Administrator:
- Experience working in a school/college environment is beneficial
- Capacity to travel across both sites - Immingham and Scunthorpe
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
