Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our partner primary schools in Bury for a range of Graduate Teaching Assistant roles, spanning Early Years through to Upper Key Stage 2.
The Role- Supporting class teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
- Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and development
- Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Gaining hands-on experience across different year groups
- Developing key skills and knowledge to prepare you for a future career in teaching
- A recent graduate (any degree discipline considered)
- Passionate about working with children and education
- Considering a future PGCE or teacher training pathway
- Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Confident communicating with children and staff
- Able to commit for the duration of the academic year
- Contract until the end of the academic year, with the option to become a permanent member of staff from September
