Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our partner primary schools in Bury for a range of Graduate Teaching Assistant roles, spanning Early Years through to Upper Key Stage 2.

The Role
  • Supporting class teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
  • Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and development
  • Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Gaining hands-on experience across different year groups
  • Developing key skills and knowledge to prepare you for a future career in teaching
Ideal Candidate
  • A recent graduate (any degree discipline considered)
  • Passionate about working with children and education
  • Considering a future PGCE or teacher training pathway
  • Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable

  • Able to commit for the duration of the academic year
