Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs in a welcoming Primary School in the Hyde area.
The Role
- Full-time, term-time position

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND (autism, ADHD, or complex needs)
- A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
- Confidence working on a 1:1 basis and adapting support strategies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers and SENCOs
Responsibilities Include
- Providing tailored 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Supporting engagement in classroom activities
- Helping to implement individual support plans and strategies
