We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a student aged 11-16 with additional learning needs. This is a full-time, term-time-only position, ideal for someone committed to nurturing student development through personalised support.
Key Requirements
- Experience supporting young people, preferably within a secondary school setting
- Previous experience in a 1:1 support role or working with pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is highly desirable
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting individual student needs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
