Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a 1:1 Secondary Teaching Assistant in Dalton-in-Furness, Cumbria, for the full 2026/2027 academic year. You will provide tailored one-to-one support to a secondary student across KS3/KS4, helping the student access the curriculum and reach academic and personal potential.

The role works closely with the class teacher, SENCO and pastoral team to track progress and implement EHCP strategies, ensuring a calm, supportive learning environment throughout the school.
