Year 6 Teaching Assistant - Enfield, North London

Start Date: After October Half Term | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Enfield, North London, starting after October half term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting pupils in their final year of primary school and helping them achieve their full potential.

The Role

• Supporting individual Year 6 pupils with their learning, development and behaviour.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils engage with their learning.
• Assisting the class teacher with daily lessons and classroom activities.
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment.
• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time. 8:30am - 4:00pm.
• Start date: After October half term.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• Confident supporting pupils with additional learning needs and behavioural challenges.
• Patient, proactive and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Able to work effectively alongside the class teacher and wider school team.
