M1-UPS3A 2-form entry primary school in Ealing is looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join its team from November 2026 on a full-time, long-term temporary basis, with the role expected to continue until the end of the academic year.

The Role
You’ll take responsibility for a Year 3 class as pupils settle into KS2 and develop greater independence in their learning.

- Teaching English, maths and foundation subjects in line with the school's curriculum.
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting lessons to meet different learning needs.
- Establishing clear classroom routines and maintaining positive behaviour.
- Working closely with the parallel Year 3 teacher to share planning, ideas and resources.
- Supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence and personal development.

You’ll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

- A good understanding of assessment and progression within KS2.
- A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
