Are you an experienced TA with a passion for supporting children in their early years of learning?SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a fantastic primary school in Croydon, and we're actively seeking a talented TA to support a Year 1 class, providing general classroom support and additional support for individual pupils with EHCPs.
About the role:
Year 1 Teaching Assistant position based at a primary school in CroydonFull time Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4pmOngoing positions starting in November and throughout the school year
- Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities and learning
- Providing individual support for pupils with EHCPs, helping them access learning and achieve their potential
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team

What you'll need:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting
- Experience supporting children with additional needs, including pupils with EHCPs
- A good understanding of how to support children with different learning needs and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of individual pupils
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
