The Role
- Supporting pupils in the classroom and helping them engage with their learning.
- Working alongside teachers and school staff to support pupils' progress.
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support.
- Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
- Building positive relationships with children and young people.
- Supporting classroom activities, behaviour management and daily school routines.
- Gaining valuable practical experience within a professional education setting.
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduates or university students.
- A genuine interest in working with children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An enthusiastic, patient and approachable attitude.
- Reliable, professional and proactive individuals.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
