We are working in partnership with a friendly and ambitious primary school in Wellingborough that is seeking to appoint a talented Key Stage 2 Teacher from October 2026. The school is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and is looking for a committed teacher who can inspire pupils and help them reach their full potential.

The Role
- Deliver engaging, creative, and purposeful lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and raise attainment.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and presentation.
- Differentiate and adapt learning to ensure all pupils can access and enjoy the curriculum.
- Develop pupils' confidence, independence, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs through effective adaptive teaching.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support positive pupil outcomes.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 is desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for helping children achieve their best academically and personally.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A reflective, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life and development of the school.
- ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will be considered for the role with appropriate induction, mentoring, and support.
