SEND Learning Support Assistant - Barnet
Pay: £95-£115 per day, PAYEStart: 02/11/2026Duration: Ongoing
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced SEND LSAs to support pupils with autism and a range of learning disabilities at a specialist school in Barnet.
The role
- Delivering 1:1 and small-group support.
- Supporting communication, sensory regulation and independence.
- Adapting activities to meet individual learning needs.
- Working closely with teachers to maintain consistent support.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience working in a specialist SEND school or complex-needs setting.
- Proven experience supporting pupils with autism and learning disabilities.
- Confidence supporting pupils with communication difficulties and sensory needs.
- A calm, resilient and proactive approach to behaviour and individual needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to pupil development.
- Willingness to support personal care where required.
