Tradewind Recruitment LTD. seeks a Team Teach trained SEND Teaching Assistant for a long-term post at a special needs secondary school in Oldham. Role is full-time, 8.30am–3.30pm, five days a week, supporting pupils with Autism and Complex Needs.
You will help de-escalate challenging situations, recognise triggers, and assist pupils in self-regulation while collaborating with a supportive team and, if needed, providing personal care support.
