Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Trafford on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will support pupils with complex additional needs, helping them access learning, develop independence and build positive relationships. Experience working with SEN, complex needs or challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
The role
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Specialist SEN school in Trafford
- Supporting pupils with complex needs
- Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
- Helping pupils engage with learning and develop key life skills
