Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is recruiting a Pastoral Support Assistant for a specialist setting in St Albans. You will support pupils aged 11-16 across KS3/KS4, helping them settle, engage and progress. Start date 5th October 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:15am–3:30pm.
The role suits experienced TAs/HLTAs/LSAs or behaviour mentors who can build positive relationships and support pupils with SEMH, SEND or other needs. Experience with behaviour management is desirable.
