Pay: £135 - £240 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a qualified Secondary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety and the opportunity to teach in a range of local schools?
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of secondary schools across Thanet and the surrounding areas, including Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Birchington and Westgate-on-Sea, that regularly require Supply Teachers for day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments.

The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism.
- Follow school lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom environments.
- Support students in achieving positive learning outcomes.
We are looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
- Are confident delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is an advantage).
- Have excellent classroom management skills.
- Are flexible, reliable and passionate about education.
