Teacher of Travel and Tourism - ManchesterTradewind Recruitment are recruiting! We have an urgent requirement for a Teacher of Travel and Tourism to join an Ofsted Outstanding sixth form college in central Manchester during a period of temporary staff absence.
The Role
This is a part-time supply role, three days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, teaching Travel and Tourism across Lower and Upper Sixth.
You will teach a combination of coursework and exam units, including:
- The World of Travel and Tourism - Lower Sixth, exam unit (January 2027)
- UK Tourist Destinations - Upper Sixth, coursework unit
- The Development of UK Tourism - Lower Sixth, coursework unit
The successful teacher will teach across Lower and Upper Sixth on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Requirements
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification for secondary or post-compulsory education, such as PGCE/QTS or PCET/QTLS
- Have relevant experience teaching Travel and Tourism
- Be confident teaching post-16 students across coursework and exam units
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Provide professional references and a full employment/education history
- Be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
