Tradewind Recruitment is looking for SEND Tutors across the North West to provide personalised 1:1 education to children and young adults who may be struggling to access mainstream education.
Through the NW SEND Tuition Framework, we're supporting learners with a range of additional needs and circumstances - and we're looking for tutors who can bring patience, creativity and a genuine passion for education.
We need tutors for:
- Primary
- English
- Maths
- Science
- GCSE subjects
- Functional Skills
- Post-16 learning
You might be supporting a learner who:
- Has SEND or additional needs
- Is unable to attend school due to medical needs
- Is experiencing school anxiety or school refusal
- Has been excluded from school
- Is educated at home
Every learner is different. Your job is to meet them where they are, build trust and help them move forward.
