Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is confident supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH and additional needs?
We are currently recruiting experienced TAs for a number of specialist schools and alternative provisions across North Liverpool, with both short- and long-term opportunities available.
We're particularly interested in hearing from people who have experience supporting pupils with:
- SEMH and behavioural needs
- Challenging or dysregulated behaviour
- Autism and ADHD
- Emotional and social difficulties
- De-escalation and behaviour management
- 1:1 and small-group support
You don't necessarily need a formal qualification - relevant hands-on experience is what matters.
If you're calm, resilient, consistent and genuinely enjoy helping young people who can sometimes find school difficult, we'd love to hear from you.
