Tradewind Recruitment LTD is recruiting for a Head of Year / Pastoral Lead in the Lancaster area to lead pastoral care and behaviour for a year group. The role runs on a temporary basis until Christmas 2026 with an immediate start, supporting student welfare and academic progress.
You will work with form tutors, senior leaders, and external agencies to ensure students are safe, engaged, and reaching their potential through targeted interventions and effective leadership.
