Cover Supervisor - Lancaster
Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work in a mainstream secondary school within the Lancaster area, starting as soon as possible and continuing until Christmas.
Pay: £110-£145 per day
Location: Lancaster
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until Christmas
Setting: Mainstream Secondary School
The Role
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Support students across a range of subjects.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has strong classroom management skills.
- Is confident, reliable and adaptable.
- Has experience working with secondary school-aged students (desirable).
- Is passionate about supporting young people in their education.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone looking to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting.
