About the role - Supply Teacher - Kettering
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Ensure pupils are engaged, supported and motivated throughout the school day
- Maintain a positive learning environment and high behaviour expectations
- Follow school planning and ensure lessons are delivered effectively
- Adapt activities where necessary to meet the needs of individual pupils
- Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
- Work alongside teaching assistants and other school staff
- Provide feedback to the class teacher where required
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Adapt confidently to different classrooms and school environments
About you - Supply Teacher - Kettering
- QTS is essential
- Previous experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confident delivering lessons across the primary age range
- Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible and adaptable
- Able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Available for either full‑time or part‑time work
- ECTs are welcome to apply, with opportunities available to gain experience across different year groups and primary school settings.
