Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough, teaching across Years 3-6. The role is available to start ASAP or from October half term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher with experience across Key Stage 2 who is looking for a full-time, long-term position within a supportive and nurturing school environment.
The Role
- Full-time Class Teacher position teaching across Years 3-6
- Teaching a Key Stage 2 class within a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough
- ASAP or October half term start available
- Salary paid in line with the Main Pay Scale
- Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress effectively
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, attainment and achievement
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
- Contributing to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally across Years 3-6
- Has a strong knowledge of the Primary and Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is organised, enthusiastic and committed to pupil progress
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Can motivate and engage pupils of different abilities
- Is confident in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Is available to start ASAP or from October half term
