Pay: £135 - £240 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of secondary schools across Folkestone, Dover and the surrounding East Kent area that regularly require Supply Teachers for day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments.

The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject or provide general cover.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
- Support pupils in achieving their learning objectives.
We are looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
- Are confident managing classroom behaviour.
- Are flexible, reliable and able to adapt to different school environments.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting students' learning and progress.
