Role: Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner

What will you be doing?
- Supporting children aged 0-5 years in a safe, nurturing and stimulating Early Years environment.
- Planning and delivering fun, creative and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Encouraging children's communication, language, social and emotional development through play-based learning.
- Supporting children with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Observing children's development and helping them reach key learning milestones.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, care and wellbeing.
What we're looking for?
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or an equivalent full and relevant qualification).
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A warm, patient, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable.
