The Role

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development.
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Helping pupils remain engaged and focused during lessons.
• Supporting classroom routines and activities.
• Providing encouragement and positive reinforcement.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for someone who is patient, approachable and enthusiastic about supporting children.

Previous experience working in a school or with children is desirable, but we are happy to consider candidates with relevant transferable experience and the right attitude.

You will need to be reliable, adaptable and confident working as part of a wider school team.
