Early Years Teaching Assistants in City of London

Do you have a passion for early years education and a heart for supporting children with additional needs?

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in primary schools across Tower Hamlets, East London.

If you are looking to transition to working in Primary schools, and are available to work 8.30AM-15.30PM, term time only we would love to hear from you!

Rate are between £93 - £100 per day depending on experience and responsibilities within the role.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
• Happy to do PC as part of supporting the well being of children.
• Patience, empathy and a positive, nurturing approach.
• The ability to support children's learning, communication, social development and independence.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.

What you will be doing:

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support for children with additional needs.
• Supporting children's learning, play, communication and development.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals.
• Helping create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Encouraging every child to reach their full potential.
