Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking an Outdoor Education Mentor / Forest School Practitioner for an Alternative Provision setting in Burnley. You will lead outdoor learning for KS3/KS4 pupils with SEMH needs, using woodland projects to build resilience and teamwork, in a stable daytime role.
Experience in Forest School or outdoor leadership is valued; QTS not required. DBS and safeguarding are essential; 8:30–16:30, Monday to Friday, with a clear path to permanent placement up to £33k per year.
