Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 2 pupil with autism and sensory processing needs in a mainstream primary school in Welling. Starting January 2027, this full-time, long-term role offers ongoing support to help the pupil engage with learning and develop confidence.
Experience with autism or SEND is desirable; you should be patient, reliable and able to build trusting relationships, with a flexible approach to routines.
