Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking a calm, confident Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a secondary academy in Rochdale. This immediate-start temporary role runs Monday to Friday, 8:15am-3:15pm, supporting students with behaviour, engagement and emotional needs to help them stay focused and ready to learn.
You will work closely with the pastoral team to support teenagers across behaviour, resilience and confidence building, with full training provided and DBS requirements to be met.
