Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs in Hayes, West London. This full-time, term-time role runs 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, starting January 2027.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to help the pupil access learning and build independence. The role requires patience, adaptability and a proactive approach to inclusion and safeguarding, with opportunities for CPD
