The successful candidate will provide consistent support throughout the school day, helping the pupil access learning, develop confidence and build independence. The role will involve: Providing 1:1 SEND support Supporting access to the curriculum Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo Supporting the pupil's social and emotional development We're looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, reliable and passionate about supporting children with additional needs .
