What you'll be doing:
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support learning and progress
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and development
- Gaining hands-on experience to support your future career in education
What we're looking for:
- A degree (2:2 or above preferred - any subject considered)
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can support you through the process)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for working with children
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
