We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the Wednesbury area. The successful candidate will support students with a range of SEN needs, helping them access the curriculum, develop their confidence and achieve their potential.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting
- Experience supporting students with SEN is desirable
- Patient, empathetic and supportive
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Reliable and committed to making a positive difference
