You will work alongside teachers to support learning, encourage independence and provide additional help where pupils need it most.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and resources
- Encourage positive behaviour and independent learning
- Provide useful feedback to teachers about pupil progress
- Support children with different abilities and learning needs
The ideal Level 2 Teaching Assistant will have:
- A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Previous experience working with children
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, positive and proactive approach
- A genuine interest in supporting children's education
