This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity starting immediately, designed for an educator, cover supervisor, or experienced youth worker who excels at building rapport with vulnerable learners and re-engaging pupils outside mainstream education. The Role Deliver tailored 1:1 learning sessions, functional skills, and core curriculum support to a pupil disengaged from mainstream schooling. Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that match the pupil's pace, interests, and individual learning goals.
