We are working in partnership with secondary schools in Market Rasen and the surrounding that are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their supportive teams from September. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the SEND team to support students with a variety of additional needs, including: Social, Emotional and Behavioural needs (SEMH) Lower cognitive ability Low-level Autism (ASD) Dyslexia ADHD Some students with physical disabilities Personal care support (if you are comfortable providing this) You will play an important role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment while encouraging students to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
