Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join a specialist SEMH setting, supporting children and young people who need a more individualised approach to education. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference.
You will support pupils both academically and pastorally, helping them overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence and build positive relationships. The pupils may have a range of SEMH, behavioural and additional learning needs and will benefit from a calm, patient and consistent approach.
You will deliver engaging lessons, provide encouragement and positive role modelling, manage behaviour effectively and work closely with colleagues to support each pupil's progress and wellbeing.
- QTS is preferred, although unqualified teachers with relevant SEN, SEMH, behaviour or specialist education experience will also be considered.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
