Salary: In line with the Main Pay Scale (MPS)

The Role
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive PE lessons that develop students' physical skills, fitness, confidence and teamwork.
Teach a range of physical activities and sports across relevant key stages, adapting lessons to meet students' varying abilities and needs.
Inspire students to participate in sport, embrace physical activity and develop healthy, active lifestyles.
Promote sportsmanship, resilience, discipline and collaboration through practical lessons and team activities.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development and achievement.
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour and safety during practical lessons.
Ensure all activities are delivered safely, following appropriate health and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support extracurricular sporting opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised equivalent, where applicable.
