Working pattern: Full-time

Salary: In line with the Main Pay Scale (MPS)

The Role
Plan and deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons.
Inspire students to develop their reading, writing and analytical skills.
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement and wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised equivalent, where applicable.
Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.
Demonstrates effective classroom management and inclusive teaching practice.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Is enthusiastic about helping students reach their full potential.
