Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! We are looking for a QTS Primary SEND Teacher with experience supporting pupils with social, emotional and additional needs to join a specialist SEND primary school in South Rochdale .
This is a part-time, long-term supply role , working Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am-3.30pm .
The Role
QTS Primary SEND Teacher
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
8.30am-3.30pm
Teaching a small class of approximately 10 pupils aged 5-7
Likely to be KS1 , with the school happy to match the class to your experience
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
Working closely with teaching assistants, parents and the wider multidisciplinary team
Supporting pupils with a range of complex communication, behavioural and medical needs
The Ideal Teacher
You will be a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS and recent experience working with children aged 3-11 with SEND. You will have a genuine passion for inclusion, be resilient and adaptable, and be confident leading a team of teaching assistants.
