The Role:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities
- Working closely with the class teacher to provide outstanding learning support
- Helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally
- Supporting small groups and, where required, providing 1:1 assistance
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
