Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children in the Early Years?
We are currently looking for dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants across Oldham to join a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools.
The Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
You will work closely with teachers to create a positive, engaging and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
- We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within EYFS is essential
- A genuine passion for supporting young children and helping them develop
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to support learning through play and engaging activities
- Relevant qualifications are desirable
- SEN experience is highly desirable, particularly experience supporting children with additional learning or behavioural needs
- A proactive, patient and adaptable approach to supporting pupils
