About the Role:
As an MFL Teacher, your responsibilities may include:
- Planning and delivering MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous)
- Teaching one or more languages (commonly French, Spanish, or German)
- Creating engaging and interactive lessons to develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Differentiating activities to support students of all abilities
- Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
- Encouraging cultural awareness and positive attitudes towards language learning
- Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Working collaboratively with department staff and pastoral teams
- Supporting intervention sessions or enrichment where required
