We're looking for caring, enthusiastic and committed SEND Teaching Assistants to join welcoming school environments in the Melton Mowbray area!

The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.
- Support children with a range of additional learning needs.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to support each child's individual needs.
- Bring energy, encouragement and a smile to every school day!
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
- A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to get involved.
- Previous experience in a school, care or SEND setting is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
