A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced SIMS / Bromcom Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive school in Southwark on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. The successful candidate will have previous school MIS experience, strong knowledge of SIMS and/or Bromcom, and the confidence to manage systems accurately and efficiently. A degree is preferred, alongside excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the school's SIMS/Bromcom database and student records
- Ensure data is accurate, up to date and compliant with school requirements
- Produce reports, statistics and data returns as required
- Support staff with MIS-related queries and provide guidance where needed
- Manage admissions, attendance, student information and general data administration
- Assist with statutory returns and school census processes
- Maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality
- Support the school with ongoing MIS development and improvements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with SIMS and/or Bromcom in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of school MIS systems and data administration
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider school team
- A degree is preferred
- Professional, reliable and confident in dealing with staff, students and external stakeholders

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
