What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll connect talented education professionals with schools across the UK. You'll be responsible for:

  • Interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Building candidate relationships
  • Developing relationships with schools and clients
  • Matching candidates to opportunities
  • Managing your own pipeline
  • Working towards weekly KPIs
  • Business development
  • Sales and negotiation
