LSA to join their team on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school or educational setting, strong knowledge of learning support, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils thrive.
A degree is preferred , alongside a strong understanding of effective support strategies and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.
- Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
- Work closely with teachers to implement effective learning strategies.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
- Adapt support to meet individual pupil needs.
