Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism / ASC and helping them reach their full potential? I'm currently recruiting for several exciting Autism Teaching Assistant opportunities across Ealing & Hounslow, working with welcoming mainstream schools, specialist provisions and SEND settings.

Locations: Ealing & Hounslow

Role: Autism Teaching Assistant / SEN TA

Salary: £95-£130 per day depending on experience and role

Type: Full-time | Long-term | Permanent opportunities

Settings: Primary & specialist settings

The Role

  • You'll be supporting pupils with Autism and associated additional needs, helping them to:
    • Access the curriculum and classroom activities
    • Develop communication and social skills
    • Manage emotional regulation and sensory needs
    • Build confidence and independence
    • Engage positively with learning
    • Develop positive relationships with peers and staff

You may provide 1:1 support, small-group intervention or classroom-based assistance, working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider SEN team.

We're Looking For Someone who is:

  • Patient, nurturing and compassionate
  • Understanding of Autism / ASC and SEN
  • Confident building positive relationships
  • Calm and resilient when supporting additional needs
  • Passionate about education and helping young people succeed

Previous SEN or Autism experience is highly desirable, although we're also happy to speak with graduates, support workers, youth workers and candidates with transferable experience.
